1. General Terms

  • Minimum Order Value: To ensure the highest quality of service and sustainable delivery, Nazneenah requires a minimum order value of Rs. 2,500 for all purchases.

  • Right to Modify: The company reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions, including pricing, minimum order requirements, and shipping policies, at any time without prior notification. It is the customer’s responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2. Order & Shipping Policy

  • Flat Rate Shipping: A standard COD rate of Rs. 250 applies to all orders nationwide across Pakistan.

  • The Advance Payment "Hero Offer": To encourage secure and fast processing, all orders paid in advance (via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash) qualify for:

    • FREE Delivery (Saving you Rs. 250).

    • Flat 5% Discount on the total order value.

  • Delivery Timelines: Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days via our courier partners.

3. 10-Day "No Questions Asked" Return & Refund

We stand by the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of delivery.

  • Condition for Return: To be eligible, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Due to the personal nature of our products, items showing any sign of wear will not be accepted.

  • 100% Cash Back: Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund of the product price to your provided bank account or mobile wallet.

  • Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty.

4. Faulty Items & Missing Product Claims

To protect both the customer and the business from fraudulent claims, we enforce a strict Video Evidence Policy:

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: Customers must record a continuous, unedited video of the parcel being opened.

  • Claim Validity: Claims for missing items or manufacturing faults will only be entertained if accompanied by clear video evidence showing the sealed parcel being opened for the first time.

5. Product Representation & Accuracy

  • Visual Variations: We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, the actual colors you see may vary slightly due to professional studio lighting, digital editing, or your device’s screen settings.

  • Sizing: Please refer to our size guide before ordering. Minor variations in fit are standard in apparel manufacturing.

6. Privacy & Discreet Packaging

  • Confidentiality: To ensure your privacy, all orders are shipped in secure, tamper-evident packaging. While our outer flyers celebrate our mission as a women-led brand, we ensure the contents remain completely confidential and invisible from the outside.

  • Data Security: Your personal information is handled with the highest level of security and will never be shared with third parties, except for delivery purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Nazneenah is not liable for delays caused by courier service disruptions, weather conditions, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of stock unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity.
