At Nazneenah, we maintain the highest standards of safety and quality. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we follow a strict policy to ensure that every item you receive is 100% fresh, unused, and hygienic.

1. Hygiene-First Policy

To protect our customers and maintain health standards:

  • No Returns: We do not accept returns on lingerie, innerwear, or nightwear once delivered.

  • Our Guarantee: This policy ensures that every piece you purchase from us has never been worn or tried on by anyone else.

2. Exchange Eligibility

We want you to love your purchase! We offer exchanges exclusively in the following cases:

  • Wrong Item Received: The product delivered does not match your order.

  • Defective/Damaged: The product has a manufacturing fault or was damaged during transit.

Conditions for Exchange:

  1. Requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  3. All tags and hygiene seals must remain intact and attached.

3. Non-Eligible Cases

We cannot offer exchanges or refunds if:

  • The product shows signs of wear, washing, or damage after delivery.

  • Original tags or packaging are missing.

  • Size Issues: As per industry standards for intimate apparel, we cannot exchange items due to incorrect size selection. Please consult our Size Guide carefully before ordering.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only issued if a replacement for a defective/wrong item is out of stock.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method or as store credit.

5. How to Start an Exchange

  1. Contact us within 3 days at nazneenahpakistan@gmail.com.

  2. Provide your Order Number and clear photos of the product/defect.

  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return shipping process once approved.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Wrong Items: Nazneenah covers all shipping costs for the exchange.

  • Other Approved Exchanges: The customer is responsible for the return and re-delivery shipping charges.
